Fall orientation/training will occur on Thursday September 10th and Friday September 11th

Meeting Times & Availability(Required)

I will attend Climate Action Plan meetings and Sustainability Chats on Wednesdays at 11am

I will be available to work 5-10 hours per week

Communication & Safety(Required)

I will check email/Teams regularly and will respond appropriately and professionally

Provide content for ESC websites/social media/blog posts regularly

HornetHQ Time Entry(Required)

I will enter my hours worked in HornetHQ after every shift

I will sign off and submit my hours every two weeks when hours are officially due

I understand if I do not properly complete HornetHQ time entry two times, it will result in a conversation with my supervisor and the ESC Directors and/or HR

I understand after the third time I do not properly complete HornetHQ time entry, it may result in the termination of my position
