Integrating climate literacy into the K-Plan for a sustainable future

Environmental Studies

Students from any major can declare an ENVS Concentration, or just take ENVS courses to supplement their K-Plan. The concentration is interdisciplinary and courses are offered in many departments.

PE Courses

There are several PE courses that are taught through the Environmental Stewardship Center or connect to environmental or sustainability themes. These courses are a great way to gain experience and receive credit.

Climate & Justice Education Week

The Climate & Justice Education Week is a global event that occurs annually during Spring Term. Our goal is to have climate literacy taught in as many classes as possible across campus. Learn how students, faculty and staff can participate!

Sustainability SIP Symposium

Many Environmental Stewardship Center events have connections to academic courses. Two main events occur during Spring Term: the Sustainability SIP Symposium and the Worldwide Climate & Justice Education Week.
