The Environmental Leader Corps is a group of environmental student leaders on campus who are passionate about and motivated to make changes regarding environmental stewardship issues on Kalamazoo College’s campus, the Lillian Anderson Arboretum and the greater Kalamazoo community.
Goals of the Environmental Leader Corps include:
- Contribute to the short and long-term vision of the Center for Environmental Stewardship
- Develop environmental education and sustainability programs for the Kalamazoo College community and greater Kalamazoo community
- Create an environmental stewardship programming plan
- Develop and implement environmental stewardship programming at the Lillian Anderson Arboretum
- Collaborate with other departments, student organizations, academic programs and community organizations
